Principal
Ed Schwartz Mr. Schwartz, a co-founder of ORG Portfolio Management, has over 20 years experience in real estate consulting.  Mr. Schwartz's responsibilities include client services, advisory firm review, portfolio strategy and manager oversight.  Mr. Schwartz serves as the lead portfolio management consultant for public and private institutional retirement plans overseeing approximately $5 billion of real estate assets.  Mr. Schwartz was previously with The Townsend Group where his clients included both public and private entities such as SBC Communications, Inc., the State of Pennsylvania, the State of Iowa and the city and counties of Los Angeles and San Francisco.  While at Townsend, he was the Portfolio Manager for a Townsend sponsored limited partnership with 350 taxable investors, overseeing investment in more than $1 billion of real estate assets.  Mr. Schwartz has been a member of The Institutional Real Estate Letter Editorial Advisory Board and is a member of Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).  Mr. Schwartz received a BA in Economics from Kenyon College and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, with a concentration in Finance.  Mr. Schwartz is a member of the ORG Investment Committee.

Jonanthan Berns Mr. Berns, a co-founder of ORG Portfolio Management, has been active in the real estate and consulting industry for more than 25 years.   His responsibilities include investment fund and property due diligence, market research portfolio strategy and manager oversight. Mr. Berns is a national speaker on real estate investment strategies, urban redevelopment and energy utilization optimization and procurement.  Mr. Berns is responsible for the oversight of the ORG Diversified Real Estate Portfolio, a separate entity that owns and manages an approximately $150 million investment portfolio which includes apartment, office, retail and industrial properties.  In 1999, Mr. Berns was responsible for negotiating an investment by Nuon International, a $2 billion Dutch utility, in North Coast Energy and acted as a Consultant in the acquisition of two large research facilities located in Michigan and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Berns is past chairman of the First Suburbs Consortium, a nationally recognized government-led advocacy organization focused on redevelopment of urban property.  Mr. Berns received a BS in General Studies from the University of Michigan.  Mr. Berns is a member of Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the ORG Investment Committee.

Barbara McDowell Ms. McDowell joined ORG in 2003 and has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry.  Ms. McDowell's responsibilities include providing consulting services to ORG clients, oversight of performance measurement, and portfolio monitoring and reporting for ORG clients.  Prior to joining ORG, Ms. McDowell spent ten years as the Director of Real Estate and Alternative Investments for SBC Communications Inc.'s Master Pension Trust.  Ms. McDowell's responsibilities included oversight of the Trust's more than $3 Billion of investments in real estate, including both private and public real estate, and private equity.  Ms. McDowell oversaw over $3 billion in real estate assets and integrated the merger of Pacific Telesis Group, Ameritech and Southern New England Telephone's real estate portfolios into the SBC Master Pension Trust.  During that time, Ms. McDowell was active in Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) where she co-chaired the 2000 Plan Sponsor PREA conference and was a member of the Plan Sponsor Executive Council.  Prior to working with the Pension Trust, Ms. McDowell held various positions at SBC Communications Inc. in Finance, Auditing and Information Systems.  Ms. McDowell is a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), a member of the the Real Estate Information Standards (REIS) Council and the PREA.  Ms. McDowell received a BA in History from the University of Houston, Houston, Texas and also earned a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Ms. Kehoe joined ORG in 2011 with over 25 years of experience in real estate and financial services.   Prior to joining ORG, Ms. Kehoe was a principal at Sarofim Realty Advisors and was responsible for leading marketing and client services of the firm.  During that time, Ms. Kehoe was a voting member of the firms Investment Committee, as well as the primary client advocate for investment decisions.   In addition to her experience at Sarofim, Ms. Kehoe held senior positions in the real estate investment management divisions of ING and Legg Mason.   Throughout her career, Ms. Kehoe has been active in leading training seminars and speaking at industry conferences and events.   Ms. Kehoe has served on the Board of Directors for Stoneleigh-Burnham School (a girls private college preparatory school) where she was Chair of the Investment Committee.   She was on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women and was the Chair of the organizations Strategic Planning Committee.  Ms. Kehoe received her Bachelors degree from The American University in Washington, D.C.  Ms. Kehoe is a member of the ORG Investment Committee.

Katie Zarback Ms. Zarback joined ORG in 2004 and has been involved in all areas of real estate and investment consulting.   Ms. Zarback is responsible for ORG's marketing, client service initiatives, client communications and special project implementation and management.   Ms. Zarback oversees all RFP responses and marketing to current and potential clients. In addition, Ms. Zarback has played a key role with special client projects involving property-specific issues, including a recent valuation project for a public client.   Ms. Zarback has conducted extensive research on behalf of clients, and has been involved in all aspects of client relationship management and administrative oversight of client accounts.   Ms. Zarback has been involved in all aspects of asset level analytics and operations for the ORG Diversified Real Estate Portfolio, a separate entity that owns and manages an approximately $150 million investment portfolio which includes apartment, office, retail, and industrial properties.   Ms. Zarback received a BA in Communications from John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio, and is currently enrolled in the Masters Program in Communications Management at John Carroll University.

Performance Manager
Constance Wressell Ms. Wressell joined ORG in 2008.  Ms. Wressell is responsible for providing performance measurement and statistical information for client reports.  Mrs. Wressell also assists with the data collection for the company's database and reporting from the database.  Ms. Wressell has 16 years experience in the real estate consulting industry including over eleven years with The Townsend Group, where she served as Manager of the Performance Measurement team, which included providing quarterly performance reports for clients as well as any special internal and client performance-related requests.   In addition to client reporting, Ms. Wressell maintained the Townsend Universe Database, the REIT Manager Database and coordinated the collection of manager data.   Prior to joining Townsend, Ms. Wressell served as Finance Manager for Fogle Associates, Inc., where she was responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including payables, receivables, financial reporting and cash management.   Ms. Wressell attended The Ohio State University.

Accounting
Marlene Simone Ms. Simone joined ORG in 2005 with over 30 years of accounting experience.  Ms. Simone manages all internal accounting functions for the company, as well as all human resources.  In addition to managing internal functions, Ms. Simone is responsible for monitoring capital activity for several ORG clients.  Prior to joining ORG, Ms. Simone spent 30 years at Reliance Electric/Rockwell Automation as a senior financial analyst.  Ms. Simone was also responsible for creating marketing reports for the firms sales and engineering teams.  Ms. Simone received her BS in Accounting from Dyke College (now Chancellor University) in Cleveland, Ohio.

Administrative Assistant
Ms. Mahran joined ORG in 2011 and is responsible for providing administrative support for the company.  Ms. Mahran's responsibilities include scheduling and calendar management, travel planning and coordination, arranging on-site and off-site meetings, and other administrative tasks.  Ms. Mahran is also responsible for assisting with communications for company principals, and maintaining projects and priorities.

Database Administrator
Bria Tolbert Ms. Tolbert joined ORG in 2009 and is responsible for managing the company's database.  Ms. Tolbert focuses on researching various fund managers as well as collecting questionnaires, marketing materials, reports and general information from fund managers for the database and for ORG's investment decision making process.  Ms. Tolbert is also responsible for obtaining quarterly reports and periodical data for client invested funds.  Prior to joining ORG, Ms. Tolbert worked as an Administrative Assistant and Analyst for the City of Burbank's Management Services Department in California, where her main responsibilities included maintaining historical files, preparing documents for City Officials and organizing City meetings.  She also conducted surveys, created reports and provided research for Union negotiations with the City.   Ms. Tolbert received her BA in Communications from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Morris has been working with ORG Portfolio Management LLC since 2008 on various projects.  Ms. Morris' responsibilities include fund due diligence, manager performance monitoring, client relations and business development.  Prior to working with ORG, she worked with Impact Capital, a consortium of insurance companies, evaluating investment opportunities in private equity and real estate funds and prior to this engagement, she was the President of California Capital Alliance, which ad as it focus finding funding for businesses and infrastructure in lower income communities in California.  Prior to that Ms. Morris was the Investment Advisor to the Secretary of Trade and Commerce for the State of California where she headed a program responsible for promoting job creating infrastructure investments by private equity and real estate funds and advising on industrial development bond issues.  Prior to this appointment, Ms. Morris was a special assistant to California Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi.  Ms. Morris graduated from California Polytechnic University with a BS in Marketing Management and from the Anderson School at UCLA with an MBA in Finance.  She also holds a MA from the University of Leeds, England in International Business where she was a Rotary Scholar. Ms. Morris also served in the United States Army Reserves with a mission of speciality in Psychological Operations.
